Classical String Quartet
An Classical String Quartet (4 piece) is comprised of two violins, viola, cello and is a slightly fuller sound than a string trio. There is nothing quite a like a quality string quartet to add some class and gravitas to any wedding or event. One of the most popular choices is to have the string quartet play on guest arrival at a wedding ceremony, the processional and recessional and/or post ceremony cocktails, although it could quite easily be used during dinner as well. The classical string quartet can perform a wide range of repertoire, ranging from traditional classical works, to light pop, jazz and easy listening numbers.
