The Shout Music Company DJ packages are your one-stop solution to hiring a DJ for your wedding, corporate event or birthday party. Our DJ's are simply the best wedding and function DJ's in Cape Town. Each one is personally hand-picked by Dan Shout for their professionalism, skill, experience, flexibility, willingness to take requests, vibe and ability to jam with some of the top session musicians in Cape Town with the ShoutMC 'DJ PLUS' Packages.
DJ Cosher is an experienced and versatile DJ who has performed at many of Cape Town's top clubs, parties, weddings and corporate events. Some notable highlights include being the official DJ for the Coca Cola pre-game events in Cape Town during the 2010 Soccer World Cup and performing at Trinity for the official U2, Coldplay and Kings of Leon afterparties.
DJ Cosher has been a resident and guest DJ at many clubs in Cape Town over the years, such as St Yves, Tiger Tiger, Trinity, La Roi, Affinity, 91, The Grand, SoCal, Cocoon and has also DJ'd official corporate parties for Shoprite, Fruit & Veg City, Cellucity, Saatchi & Saatchi and the Bay Hotel for New Year's Eve, to name a few.
Using our ShoutMC DJ Form, all the ShoutMC DJ's prepare specifically for each wedding and event according to you and your guest's taste in music, are happy to take requests upfront as well as on the night and are able to read the dance floor.
The Standard ShoutMC DJ Packages Include the Following:
Electro-Voice PA System (2 x 1000W tops + 1 x 800W subwoofer)
1 x Shure wireless microphone and stand
DJ booth (covered in white or black lycra)
Speaker stands and speaker stand covers (covered in white or black lycra)
1 x Lighting stand including spots
1 x Headbanger pro or 1 x Ignite 60 moving head
2 x Battery powered uplighting pars
Request a quote to upsize your package with additional sound, lighting or wireless microphones, for example.
You can also upsize your package to include a wedding ceremony PA system, or a PA system for the cocktails segment of your wedding.

I am a person that takes music quite seriously, and for that reason, when I play host, I take it upon myself to ensure that my guests are acoustically pampered. It’s probably because if this that I seem to find myself surrounded by other music lovers and DJ’s alike. The problem arose when I realised that neither my DJ friends nor I would be available to take care of the music and that on top of that, all my music loving friends would be at the wedding.
